Thank you for shopping with us at Glam Curves Boutique. We are committed to providing our customers with high quality styles and great customer service. However, if for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 15 days of the delivery (or pick up) date. No exceptions will be made for returns past the return date. Glam Curves Boutique does not offer refunds, all accepted returns will be refunded in the form of store credit for future purchases. 

All returns MUST be initiated through our return portal which can be accessed here. Please include your Request Number which will be provided to you through the return portal. Failure to include your Request Number may result in the delay of your return.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. All items sold in our "SALE" collection are considered "Final Sale" and will not be accepted for returns. 

 

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH GIFT CARDS OR STORE CREDIT ARE FINAL SALE

 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are happy to provide a return shipping label at the customer's cost to make shipping easier with a printable label for fast drop off at your local USPS location.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Orders paid with gift cards
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE
  • Accessories 
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Items damaged during try on 
  • Shipping fees

 

Please ensure that you send all return packages with a traceable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage/tracking, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please allow up to 3-5 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

In the event of an unauthorized return, Glam Curves Boutique reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for accessories, bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, or final sale items.

 

STORE CREDIT

  • Store Credit can only be used online at our website: www.glamcurvesboutique.com.
  • Store Credit is Non-Transferrable.
  • Store Credit will be processed within 3-5 days of receipt of the item.
  • Store Credit does not expire.
  • Store Credit is accessible via your customer account. If you did not create a customer account you may access your store credit by using the same email at checkout as on your original order.

 

REFUSED RETURNS

Glam Curves Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns. In the event we are unable to process your return due to the return not meeting our return policy, your package will be returned to the sender. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is damaged upon receipt please reach out to us through email at glamcurves@glamcurvesboutique.com and we will gladly fix the problem as soon as possible. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package, otherwise we will not be able to accommodate your request.
