HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?


Processing takes between 1-4 days. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS depending on the distance and the package’s weight. Actual shipping time with each individual carrier may vary but it typically takes between 2-5 days. 


DO THE ITEMS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?


We try our best to give you the best item descriptions for each available item. Under the product description you will find the fit of the item, fabric content and if there are any discrepancies as to how it fits. Generally speaking our items do run true to size but if for any reason they don’t we make sure to note it within the product description. We want you to be able to shop with confidence and be happy about your purchase so we’ll always let you know how something fits. 

MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact your local USPS or UPS location depending on the shipping service your order was to be delivered by. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at glamcurves@glamcurvesboutique.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Glam Curves Boutique is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered. Please contacft the carrier that delivered the package so they can track it and start a claim for you. 

If you would like to ensure that your package is delivered safely to you, we recommend adding a signature requirement. You can leave a not during checkout and we will invoice you for the signature fee. 

WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?


Currently we carry sizes 1X-4X. This may vary in styles as not all styles are available in this full range. We’re working to bring a wider range in sizes and some styles may extend up to a size 5X when available. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes we do. Just select “international shipping” at checkout. There’s a flat rate of $25 for all international orders.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


We have made tracking your order super easy. Just head over to our website and select “Track Your Order” from the top menu. From there just enter your order number and email.


HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?


Please click here for steps on how to easily process your return.  

* Please note you will need to contact us and provide your return tracking number. Failing to do so will cause delays in your return being processed.


CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY RETURNED ITEMS?


We do not provide refunds but you can return your items for in store credit. You can read more about our return policy here.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?


Please email at glamcurves@glamcurvesboutique.com as soon as you receive your package. Damage claims should be made within 7 days of the package’s delivery.
